TV Sets Insight Report - Black Friday 2012 - USJanuary 04, 2013Emerson TVs from Walmart had the largest price reductions, with 48 per cent discounts on average; meanwhile the premium brands such as LG, Panasonic, Samsung, Sharp and Sony offered almost identical discounts on average, at around 30 percent. The major discounts occurred for 26, 40 and 42 inch LCD TVs, all of which were down 33 percent on average for the Black Friday to Cyber Monday period. All screen sizes recorded at least 28 percent discounts on average, with the exception of those between 35 and 39 inches.
