Overview

There is a recent paradigm shift to programmable networking hardware in servers to provide accelerated and reconfigurable compute. This is driven by new application services requirements for security, shifting application workloads to the cloud, a migration to DevOps, the performance needs of carrier network function virtualization (NFV) and processing IoT data in transit and at the edge. These new requirements have kicked off another transformation in networking, increasing diversity and innovation in Ethernet adapter silicon and software development ecosystems for this new silicon. This webinar explores the networking transformation enabled by programmable Ethernet adapters and the benefits of reconfigurable computing, and describes example NFV, packet forwarding, enhanced application services, and cybersecurity use cases. The expert panel will also provide guidance for strategists planning network architectures.

Who Should Attend

Global operators and service providers, enterprise, OEMs, CTOs, CIOs, networking managers, and network engineers. Financial analysts and the media are likewise encouraged to attend.
