Mr. Phillips is highly skilled at analyzing economic trends and reporting, as well as predicting, their impact on relevant industries. Since joining IHS Markit, he has worked on demand forecasting, display technology surveying, and competition analysis within the hospitality TV market. He is based at the IHS Markit global headquarters in London. Prior to joining IHS Markit in 2019, he worked as an Economic Development Officer at New Forest District Council.
