Mr. Morales Lillo provides data analysis and research support covering fixed voice and broadband, mobile and pay-TV strategies across the world, particularly Latin American and Western European markets. He follows the fast-moving telecoms operator space, including telecoms and pay-TV operators business strategies, operator partnerships, national telecoms and media regulators and equipment vendors. Prior to joining IHS Markit, he worked in the Consumer Insights & Media Intelligence department at the Walt Disney Company in Latin America. He also has previous experience in public policy as a consultant for research centers and public institutions. Mr. Morales Lillo holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Torcuato Di Tella University, Argentina, and is fluent in English and Spanish.
