She is a meticulous researcher with expertise in identifying new markets, product positioning, messaging, strategic planning, competitive analysis, enterprise trends, and service provider go-to-market strategy.
Diane leads Infonetics’/IHS’s carrier VoIP/IMS and enterprise telephony coverage, authoring numerous market share and forecast reports, service provider and end-user studies, and Continuous Research Service (CRS) research notes. She specializes in PBXs and unified communications (UC), session border controllers (SBCs), service provider VoIP and IMS equipment, cloud UC services, SIP trunking, residential VoIP, Diameter signaling, WebRTC, and adoption trends of service providers and businesses.
Prior to Infonetics/IHS, Diane was the Strategic Marketing Director for VoIP application software vendor BroadSoft, and the Program Manager at Stratecast Partners, where she provided strategic analysis and quantitative assessments of communications services to incumbent service providers and competitive operators. Diane is also a former senior manager at FORE Systems (Marconi Communications), where she helped build the Market Intelligence Group, and a senior analyst at In-Stat, NCR, and Eastman Kodak.
