Justin Siller

Mr. Justin Siller is the research director responsible for the home, building and city technologies group at IHS Markit.

Justin has direct responsibility for the strategy, personnel, business development and research activities of this team. Justin’s area focuses on topics of smart home, smart buildings, and smart cities with dedicated research for security, fire, HVAC, building automation, lighting, appliances, and entrance control.

In addition, Justin acts as a consulting lead to support clients with all aspects of their strategic planning, product strategies, and market entry.

In his previous role, Justin led the security and fire research area as well as authored several market studies. His expertise areas were fire equipment, mass notification systems, homeland security, automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) and building automation.
