Personally, he ranked as a top Wall Street industry analyst by fund managers through organizations like Institutional Investor, Greenwich Associates, Forbes and Buyside magazine. His equity and capital markets experience for 10+ years covered companies in North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America. His investment banking experience includes pitching, winning and selling over thirty public equity, debt, convertible and merger transactions, working with companies like AOL, Dish Network, Eutelsat, Intelsat, L-3 Communications, Liberty Media, Loral Space, Sirius XM Radio, ViaSat and Vivendi. Mr. Kidd also has a background in corporate credit, having led due diligence projects for the industrial research department of IBJ, the Industrial Bank of Japan, where he evaluated potential investments.
