Consumer surveys conducted in November 2019 reveal how consumers are switching between OTT video services. In 2019, Netflix grew in popularity for Hispanic/Latinx audiences in the US while Amazon Prime Video declined in penetration, which correlates with Netflix’s increased investment in Spanish language content.
