This survey is the first deliverable for the IHS Critical Communication Broadband Service - 2016.

The aim of the survey was to find the current viewpoints of licensed mobile radio (LMR) end-users on current and future technologies, specifically the future implementation of broadband (LTE) networks for their critical communication needs.

The report for this survey analyzes the results of the survey and compares them to last year's survey in order to draw conclusions about the shifting view of broadband networks as a viable replacement for traditional LMR technologies.
