In 2012, only five out of 14 CEE TV ad markets covered by IHS increased year-on-year. The situation is very similar in 2013. After the first half of the year, our models suggest that only six markets will see increases and eight remaining countries will see TV ad market shrinking. The ongoing weakness of CEE economy creates uncertainty in the TV advertising markets.
