This teardown is of a low-cost navigation module which is an option from Mazda CX-5. TomTom supply the hardware. In fact, for TomTom, automotive and other specialty GPS markets may be the final frontier for TomTom, as the need for smaller personal navigation devices has been largely supplanted by GPS functionality which is omnipresent in smartphones nowadays.
