Entone
GTC Broadband, a telecommunications company serving customers in Missouri, America has selected Entone as set-top box provider for its high-definition IPTV service rollout. The service will use Entone's Amulet IPTV receivers and will include VoD and DVR capabilities.

Latens
Egyptian IPTV provider EAMS will utilise Latens Conditional Access as part of its new IPTV service. The deal is Latens first such in Africa, and will provide EAMS with security for content delivered via satellite to regional headends.

Conax
Russian Satellite service provider Orient Express will encrypt the "Orient Express" TV package with Conax Conditional Access technology. The solution will run in parallel alongside Orient Express' existing partnership with Irdeto.

Envivio
Envivio will provide Spanish pay TV operator Prisa TV with its 4Caster C4 video encoders. The encoders will deliver linear programming and over-the-top VoD to Prisa TVs "Digital+ a la carta" and "Digital+ Videoclub" services.

Harmonic Inc
Post and Telecommunications of Kosovo (PTK) have deployed Harmonic's digital video headend solutions for its upcoming IPTV service. The solution utilises Harmonic's integrated receiver/decoders (IRDs) and SD/HD decoders.

NEC
Dhiraagu, a Maldives telecom operator, will contract NEC to build a domestic cable system connecting 8 islands in the Maldives. Prior to the transition to cable, Dhiraagu rely mostly on satellite and microwave technologies for domestic telecommunications.
