The HP ProLiant DL380 G7 Server series is a dual-processor socket, 2U server based on Intel’s Xeon processor (a single Intel Xeon E5606 (AT80614007290AE) was featured in our configuration).  The DL380 G7 is also based on Intel’s (AC5520SLH3P) Northbridge - I/O Hub and  Intel (AF82801JIBSLB8R) Southbridge - I/O Controller Hub (Intel ICH10). This configuration came with 4GB of memory (standard), but has 18 DIMM slots for a max configuration of 384GB......
