The next six months will see the award of TV contracts for domestic league football in Germany and the UK. New deals in France and Italy have already been struck for the new season kicking off in August.In both Germany and the UK, Sky-branded satellite platforms are strong favourites to retain their contracts; while both are likely to face competition, the signs are that prices will be constrained by a number of factors.
